If you look at one of your monthly reports, on the last two columns, you see the following headings 'Periodic - Next Search Date' and 'Periodic - Last Search Date'.

This shows the dates of when the next periodic search date is due, and when the last periodic search was run.

If the 'Periodic - Last Search Date' field is empty this is because the item is not yet due to be rechecked at present.

The date the periodic check is next run, is based on the value set in your Admin panel (it can be altered in Premium Plus+ only).

Should you change the frequency of the next periodic check, any existing previously set dates will only run as per the original inception, as they are not retrospective. However they will still run as per the next set date (as shown in the monthly report).

E.g. Your are currently set to run ‘Annual’, then you say change to run the periodic check Monthly. The original record will be searched again on the annual anniversary, then will commence again on a monthly check.

If a positive result is found during the periodic search, the email is sent to the designated person in the Company Details section of your FST admin panel.

The Financial Sanctions Tool includes a function that will not allow concurrent users to access the same user account at the same time.

Each time a user logs in they will be issued with a randomly generated Hexadecimal code which is logged against a cookie that is set on that persons computer.

So for instance if you have multiple people using the same login details (this is not recommended as the audit trail will only show one person using the system) and person 1 logins in they will be issued with the randomly generated Hexadecimal code, then if person 2 logs in using the same login details a new randomly generated Hexadecimal code will be issued to person 2. If Person 1 then tries to use the site then they will be issued with a Concurrent User Screen.

Person 1 can click on the link to log back in again, however again a new code will be issued which will then log person 2 out.

If you a hot desking though out the day you will be logged out of the previously used computer as this will act like another person logging in to the same user account.

**If you have more than one person logging in to one user account then please contact ProExe on "0845 1300 192" to upgrade your account to our Premium or Premium Plus+ products.**

The system automatically checks all previous searches, against the current financial sanctions list.

Therefore, should a search on a previous person / company, subsequently become on the financial sanctions list, this 'periodic check' will check them again, at the designated time period, and report if a match is found.

For example in a year’s time, the person/s can be automatically checked again, without having to submit their details again.

The time period (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual) is set via the main FST admin panel.

All periodic options are available in Premium Plus+, but in Premium, the only choice for periodic checks is Annual.
