Activation email was not received by a member of staff

This is usually due to:

  • accidental deletion of the email
  • filtered into a spam / junk folder
  • incorrect email address

If the email address is correct the account administrator can have the activation email sent again:

  1. Login to your Admin account via
  2. Select "Settings" on the menu and then "My Users".
  3. Click on “Edit” for the person that need to have their activation email sent again.
    On the line “User Verified” it’ll show “User Account is NOT verified” as they have yet to activate their user account.
  4. Click on the Update button, and it’ll resend the activation email to them.

Once they have clicked on the 'Activate Now' link in the received email, they’ll be active.

The subject of the email will be "ProExe FST User Account Verification Email".
